Follow the masses
Walk around, buy some candy and return

أَنْتَظِر اَلضَّوْءُ اَلْأَخْضَرُ
تَقَدُّمٌ بِبَطِيءٍ
اِحْتَرَمَ اَلْبَوَّابَاتِ
لَا تَسْأَلُ وَلَا تُعَارِضُ
أَرِنِي هُوِيَّتِكَ
أَرْجَعَ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَتَيْتُ
لَا تَسْأَلُ وَلَا تُعَارِضُ
اَلْبَوَّابَةُ قَبِيحَةً
قُمْ بِتَغَيُّرِ زَاوِيَةِ اَلتَّصْوِيرِ
لَا تَسْأَلُ وَلَا تُعَارِضُ
يُضِيءُ سِيجَارَتَهُ وَيُكْمِلُ عَمَلُهُ
كَأَنَّهُ حُرٌّ طَلِيقٌ
لَا يَسْأَلُ وَلَا يُعَارِضُ
لَا أَتَذَكَّرُ أَنْ كَانَ هُنَا جِدَارَ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَتَى لَا تَسْأَلُ وَلَا تُعَارِضُ
لِمَاذَا نَنْتَظِرُ هُنَا مُكَدَّسِينَ ك اَلسَّمَكَ فِي عُلْبَةٍ سَارِدِينَ
اِتَّبَعَ اَلْأَغْلَبِيَّةَ تَنَزُّه وَاشْتَرَى اَلْحُلْوَةُ وَارْجِعْ دُونَ أَنْ تَسْأَلَ وَلَا تُعَارِضُ
الوصف بحد ذاته مرير وهاي الكلمات بتعكس الصعوبات اليومية الي بمر فيها الفلسطينيين وهما ببساطه بس بدهم يتنقلو. عبارة لا تسأل ولا تعارض بتلخص الشعور بالعجز وإلى آخره باقي العبارات الي كل وحدة تفسيرها أمر من شبيهاتها. وكأنه الفلسطينيي غريب في أرضه
